Got chapel. Then went to tutor time, then later went back to the hall to have performance. I SWEAR it was so messy. IT SUX LIKE SHYTT. roars. P.A not working, teams get confused and screwed up. Things going too slow. ROARS. everything was just wrong. BRINA WAS SO CUTE LA! " I AM BRINAAAA HUNK! " LOL ! That part made me laugh like shit. I should have taken a photo! LOL ! SMALL BOY.

After the performance. Went to watch Macbeth! ;D I thought I can get back my coursework today la! Then dorothy say school reopens then she give =/ ROARS! Sickening lorhhhh. Watched Macbeth! ROARS! The killing part was dam sick la! 3 of us screamed like shit, ROAR. I got jelly hands after watching it!

Why am I always the one who stay up late to do projects which are suppose to be done in a group? Understand the meaning of groupwork? It totally puts me off. I want to recover ASAP! (: So I went to research on the net! LOL! I'm so weird man. HAHAS! ANYWAY THIS IS WHAT A WEBSITE SAID.

Stomach flu is often called "intestinal flu." It's an illness caused by a virus, and it can produce different symptoms in different people. Some people develop a sore throat, cough, and nasal congestion similar to a common cold. This may be what's called "upper respiratory flu."

What people call stomach flu is usually marked by nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, and a general sick feeling.

Here's how to treat stomach flu. First, you need to understand that antibiotics such as penicillin don't work on flu because they kill only bacteria. The flu is caused by a virus. Your body's defenses do the best job in fighting the illness themselves.

You can help your body fight flu by getting as much rest as possible. Do light activities if you have to, but rest as soon as you get tired. Stay home from work, unless your symptoms are mild. You'll recover faster that way, and you won't risk infecting others at work.

You should also drink adequate fluids to avoid dehydration -- but that will take some care when your symptoms are nausea and diarrhea. So let's cover what you can do to relieve these symptoms.

When your stomach is upset, the last thing it needs is food. If you feel nauseated, give your stomach a rest. Don't eat or drink anything for about two hours. If you are vomiting, don't eat or drink anything for four hours. Then begin taking small sips of water and gradually work up to small amounts -- half a cup or less -- of Seven-Up, ginger ale, or Jell-O. Do this for four to eight hours. If you feel like it, try eating saltine crackers or dry toast. Don't start to eat other solid foods for at least 24 hours. Doing this could make you nauseated again.

Another common symptom of stomach flu is diarrhea. If you develop diarrhea, don't eat or drink anything for four hours. Then start with sips of water and work up gradually, over several hours, to small amounts of Seven-Up, ginger ale, Jell-O, or bouillon. Again, you can also try saltines or dry toast. But don't eat other solid foods for 24 to 48 hours. These foods will just stimulate the diarrhea. Sometimes dairy products may also stimulate diarrhea after the initial flu, and therefore, it may be wise to stay away from dairy products for a few weeks.

After the first 24 to 48 hours, gradually resume eating solid foods. Meanwhile, you can use the non-prescription medication Donagel or Kaopectate, as directed on the label, to help control diarrhea.

With diarrhea, you should call if you don't improve after three days -- or if the diarrhea gets worse. Also call if your diarrhea is bloody, if you have severe abdominal cramps associated with nausea, vomiting and fever, or if you are ill after having recently returned from a trip to another country.

Please remember these key points:
- Stomach flu can have different symptoms, but the common ones are nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
-Only your body can cure this condition, but you can help it do the job by getting plenty of rest.
-For nausea and vomiting, stop eating for two to four hours, then gradually introduce small amounts of water and other fluids. Avoid most solid foods for 24 hours.
-For diarrhea, don't eat or drink for four hours; then gradually increase your intake of fluids. Avoid most solid foods for 24 to 48 hours.
-If your symptoms are severe, unusual, or persistent, call your health care provider for further advice.

Went to the doctor at 12.45, accompanied by Dennis Lim! =D But when we went there, IT WAS CLOSED for lunch! ROARS! So went home, wait until 2.30, then went out AGAIN to the doctors. Got the number 25. And the patient the doctor was attending was 21. So its like 3 people in between me.

at 3.30pm, It was still at patient no. 23. ROARS! I was FREAKING BORED, so I sms booboo! And we chatted for awhile. Then at 3.45, she asked me to check the no, and I realized there isn't any patient 24! So next was ME! Which was at 4pm! ROARS. Can you believe it! From 2.30 to 4pm, the doctor only served 3 patients. OMGHS!

Went into the doctor's room. He claimed I had stomach flu after all the checking. ROARS! He asked me to avoid drinking MILK. YAY! =X Oh well, he gave me 2 days MC! WHEE! I don't have to go school tml! But got PE! ROARS. I dunno if I should go. -dilemma- I think that how'd it spelled. =P

Anyway, It is SUPER expensive to see a doctor. Just to see the doctor for 10mins, and get 8 tablets and 2 day MC caused me $19! OMGHS LA. And the tablets is uber pathetic. 8?!

My sisters asked me to cancel tuition, giving the excuse that I'm sick. Hahahs =P And tuition was cancelled. TEACHER IS SO CUTE LAA. She was "Hey honey which one of you is this? I was about to save the number and I realized I didn't know." LOL! So cute laa! So! NO TUITION FOR TODAY! =D Actually we wanted to cancel tuition was because we haven't do her HOMEWORK. LOL !

On the way back home. I felt uber sick. I felt so weak, I feel like vomitting and I'm having a massive headache. ROARS! Reached home, faster go toliet. I want to vomit, but cannot. ROARS. SO idiotic. So went to rest.

My maid woke me up in the morning. I was abit feverish, so she asked me if I want to go to school. DUH NO! And I'm still having massive headache. ROARS! So everyone left the house, while me still resting! =P After that, my maid woke me up and asked me to eat something before taking panadol. And guess what, SHE COOKED ME FRIED FOOD. Now I feel like vomitting again. =/

woke up at 7.30 to pei my mother go hospital for her physio. at the same time, we went to eat breakfast. MY DAD KEEPS FARTING. OMGHS.. at 9am, went to fetch mummy home. Hurhur! She allowed us to go and watch santa's and joe's match! =D THANK ME MAN.

went home. Mummy threaten us to study, if not cannot go. LOL ! FINE.. After awhile, she called us up, as got tv programme saying about netball. Go up, then it was about soccer -.- ROARS. and only 5 mins on netball. STUPIDD... But didn't have to study. (: Hahaha. =P

Left the house at 12.30! Suppose to meet joe at AMK HUB at 1pm! But we were late cause of DES.. LOL ! Dam funny story =X Joe met us at sweet talk. Then she help me buy LYCHEE ICE BLENDED. Hahas. THANKS! (: Then we went to take a bus down. UBER LONG RIDE.

However, still lost. But it was good! Santa intercepted alot of ball! And got 1 she made me laugh, she made herself laugh too. HAHA =P

After that was Joe's game. They also lost. But still good la (: Put on a good fight. The opponent was super contactive, and made my booboo fall down! ROARS.. ass them. =P While watching them play, sharon jiejie went to buy chicken rice for me! Cause I was complaining that I was hungry. HAHAHA =P THANKS!

After the whole thingy. Took Santa's team the bus back to YISHUN. Then from there we headed home. UBER TIRED. I dropped the ball that sylvia gave me! It drop into a hole! I dunno where it went to. SORRY.. =P

While walking home, we called mummy. They were at a nearby hawker center, so we headed down. We took a bus down! Although its only 2 stops. LOL. But its UBER FAR. OH WELL. Ate dinner! The standard of the hawker dropped lorh. So disgusting now. HURHUR. Went to eat roti prata! =X

While eating, we were watching CSS2 finals! YAY! Shawn is CSS2 boys champ! And keely won that RGS GIRL! ROARS! Exactly what I wanted. HAAHAHAs =P But in the end, shawn won overall. (: Expected. HAHAS =P

BOREDNESS. went for netball meeting. so stupid, mr teh called for netball meeting and didn't turn up. got caught for not wearing bagde, LUCKY I BROUGHT TODAY. ahahaha! =P

went for chemistry! had practial! learn QA. OMGH LAAA.. i was rushing for time, didn't get to do my practical finish! going to use my PE time tml for my practical. straight away rushed to english class to do the summary test.

DOROTHY forgotten that we are coming to do the test laa! she was so shocked. LOL ! so we did the test.. during the test, the freaking sec2 outside were banging the wall and door. me and juliette was UBER PISSED OFF. Today, morning. went for breakfast! mummy was craving for the holland v meepok. it is our favourtie meepok! den we WENT ALL THE WAY DOWN JU ST TO EAT. and it was CLOSED! LOL ! so we ate other stuffs at the hawker. HURHUR.

as we were at holland v, which was near my grandparents house, we went to visit them! bought stuffs from holland v cold storage and off we headed to their house! =D hahas. they were watching tv! they sounded so happy when we visited them laa. it was like a surprise to them. (: I feel happy. I promised myself, if 1 day, i don't have training, i'll go cold storage and buy them fruits and visit them! =D

went home! as mummy needs to go for facial. and I have facial too! but different places and different timing. So i watched My Lucky Star! finishing soon! left with 3 more episode. Its getting more interesting! HURHUR! =D MUST WATCH! =D

I was freaking angry and I hung up the phone. STOMPED my way up. wthh la. Its not my fault, I am super hungry! I didn't eat anything for the whole day except breakfast and nuggets for snacks. It is 4pm, I am suppose to be in kallang netball now training. Why am I still at home, blogging? Training's cancelled. Firstly, it was raining, but it may stop anytime. =/ Secondly, so many people can't turn up. ROARR! Why is my day so bad! First, I was suppose to go out with siying, but it was cancelled as she is sick. NEVERMIND. Then now! TRAINING also cancelled. ROARR!

Stuck at home. Watching My Lucky Star. Watched until episode 16 le. Trying to finish the show ASAP. So I can watch other shows. HURHUR. =P My mummy & brother go RCC (country club) to play badminton. If I have known that training is cancelled, I would go RCC and play badminton or go swimming! ROAR!! =P

Anyway. Was asking my friends what does it mean by when someone says that he/she is living in self denial? & stupid xunhui gave an example " you keep saying that you are very pretty, but actually you are very ugly. You're living in self-denail. " LOL ! EVIL MAN.

Went for Chemistry class. My brain wasn't working! rahhs! It took me quite a long time to understand. Haha, First time man! Omghs la. Teacher always make me confusing. Later got practical, NICO is seriously FAILURE LA. redo twice, both is fail. HAHAHAH =P I love the crytals! Hahas, SO PRETTY!

Woke up at 8+ this morning. I forgot what I dreamt! But I don't know why I teared. Hahahas. =P Oh well. Played computer, des left the house. She went on a "date" with chang siying! I'm jealous. Hahahas =P Don't care la! HMPMX.

Afternoon when to country club and swim! =D Omghs, my stamina went down! I swam like 12 laps, then tired le! RAWRR. Was so hungry, went to eat. Blah blah. Then come back home, eat dinner, Dajie da pau eat. Buy food until so shiok, come home, have to keep forcing the food down our throat, so toturing! RAWRR

We saw each other. I turned away, I just don't know how to face you. I thought I've overcome this, but I didn't. You purposely walked infront of me, making me see you again. And then you just walked off like that. It was super.. I don't know what to say. I felt a pain inside me. Lucky I didn't let it affect my day. Let me prove to you that it was I who dumped you, and not you who dumped me.

Oh well. I'm here trying to act strong. I think I know what it will turn out le. (: I just hope for the best. I just want it to be a fair "test" I could say so. I didn't want our feelings to change everything. Make it be fair. (: Whatever you do, I'll be behind you. (:

Maybe we aren't that lucky 8 already? I wanted to go over, but you are like so reluctant to say yes. Yes, I know, you might say I'm so what, asking you if I could go over. Yes. But I really miss those days, and its difficult for me to play with you all so often le. Now that its harder for us, lets take every opportunity to have fun with each other.

I feel quite sad that you kinda of "cheated" my feelings. I know, I shouldn't say this. But maybe it is what I feel bahs. TODAY!
We( santa, siying and 3 of us) slept at like 1am last night! SUPER TIRED. hhahas! =P Santa slept on the floor!! Suppose to wake up at 6.15 today! And I couldn't wake up! Santa was like, " dulce *pokes with softoy* wakey wakey " Hahaas! So cute la she! Then we left the hosue UBER late! We had to take taxi down! =P Sorry santa! You look so angry =S

Won all our games and got first. During warm up, juliette pushed me back so hard, and it HURTS! ): then went for the first game, vs Coral sec, then I fell, I heard a CRACK on my back, OUCH. UBER PAIN PLEASE. I tried to hold on, until the game ended, I cried! Omghs so pahseh *hides* Germaine ask me to rest, while they massage me HURHUR. =P They spray my back with don't know what. Then Its alright.

Then when vs CHIJ. IT WAS SUPER OMGHS LUH! I was going to get the ball, den infront got 1 defender, den behind got 1 defender, I bang the front one, den bang the back one, den BOOM, on the floor. WAHH. That seriously hurt my back like #$%^& then my both knees where bleeding like hell. Mr liew was so kind to give me plaster, and Mr tey, being an ass, somehow told him off w/o saying thankyou. So ass. HURHUR.

We played with Coral sec 3times! Hahahs! OMGHs. Including in the finals! =D YAY! Of course, WE WON! CHAMPS! =D But in recreational team >.< so pekchek. HAHHAS

The whole thing ended. Went for lunch with santa, mr liew and siying! =D Hahahahas. We were talking all the netball stuffs. DUH. =P It was fun!! Went back to watch the opened games. Watch awhile den go back.

Woke up at 6.30am today. Mummy fetched us to school! My dad was unhappy as he thinks that we're going to pontang school today. So pissed off man, he's too sensitive le la! HERHS! I rushed down cause I was busy with my hair today, cause I got photo taking later. As you know, I very ai mei one. Hahas. Ai mei until make my mummy miss the ERP. Hahahas

I forgot to bring my laptop to school! And my English work is inside, DAM IMPORTANT. So I called home to ask my maid to bring the laptop to Outram MRT. Then she said ok. Then after awhile, my dad called and told my mummy to tell me that he stopped the maid from going saying its my own fault for not bringing my stuffs to school. At that moment, I was like super don't know what to do and super angry. I'm trying to save myself here, yet he is trying to kill me. WTH LORH.

So dropped off at Outram MRT. Suppose to take the green line to Bouna Vista, the door opened. I made up my mind, I'm going home, I went down to the purpleline. Daffy and des followed me, thanks sisters =D I called dad if he is going to bring my laptop to school, 1 reply " NO ", I got so fed-up, I just hung up. I called home to ask my maid to bring out for me, she said ok. Then when I was going to reach Kovan MRT, I called home again. She haven't left the house! WHAT THE HELL! I had to walk all the way home and get my laptop. When I reached home, they didn't give me my laptop, they hide in the kitchen. Got no time to scold them, was running dam late. 8.30am, and I'm still at home. Took a taxi to school, reached school at 9.15am.
